This discussion group was established in autumn 2001. It acted as a forum for discussion of flowmetering issues in the Power Industry and helped to guide research objectives in the DTI Flow Programme 2002-2005.
The group comprised primarily Performance Measurement Engineers from UK electricity generating companies and power generation plant manufacturers.
Meetings were free of charge and held at a range of locations around the UK.
